Mrs. Amanda, Miss Joyce and Miss Tracy attended Seeds of Inspiration ECE conference Saturday, April 4th. This is a wonderful conference with vendors and presenters providing educational resources, tools and techniques. We are excited to implement those tools and techniques learned. Have a Happy Easter to our families and friends.

This is a very small snapshot of the work we did last week! Come check us out!

Last week as you know we had 4 seasons of weather different everyday. We were quite confused.

Mudd season may be many peoples demise but it’s Mrs amandas favorite on our playgrounds for play. The gooier the better.

Teachers were excitedly chopping the 6 inches of ice to spead up meltinf and it would melt almost as fast. Children built trenches, rivers, dams, pies, potions, some children even used the small pieces of ice in a small pot and asked teachers to “send their pet down the river” like a boat as we were using shovels to move water towards the trenches we built to drain towards field. We had so much fun in the first signs of spring!

We heard the birds come back to their nest in the pergola and was able to easily access our field where we found bones of winter animals caught by predators.

Lots of snacking outside and pavement play with toddlers when our boots and rain gear were too wet to use. What a great week we had the sunshine sure knew how to cure cabin fever.
