I’m glad that Ron Shapiro came to The Old School Theater for the Bill Kirchen show a couple of December’s ago. He and Chico Harris arrived together, I think.
My first time to shake ground cinnamon into my coffee was at the Hoka over 30 years ago. It seemed so exotic! The movies were good, but I’ll always remember the Hoka stage performance held there based on Larry Brown’s novel, Joe.
