Head Start/Pre-K Enrollment is here again!!

Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 1st. Copies of the following documents are needed to initiate your child's application for the Head Start/Pre-K program:
-Proof of income (W-2/Tax forms or SNAP benefits)
-Proof of birth for applying child (birth certificate)
-Child's social security card
-Proof of address (electric bill, water bill, etc)
-Parent/Guardian photo ID
-Current Immunization Record
-Child's Medical Insurance card

Once you have the documents listed, please call (903) 687-3361 (option 2) to schedule an application appointment.
