A special note from Coach Forest on tomorrow’s first Ninja Competition in Alaska! ⭐️

The first official Ninja competition in Alaska history and I'm so stoked we get to do it here at Denali. There have been so many amazing people to get this sport started. I'm so excited for our community.

We believe in these kids, more than Ninjas but leaders. They have been working hard. I hope they understand words like character, leader and team. I hope that's what you see in our athletes.
On the course they will be practicing balance, grip strength, lache’s, rings, bar work, and hand-eye coordination all at a Ninja pace.

The greatest part of Ninja is witnessing the athletes overcome obstacles. We’ll have six to fifteen obstacles set up to test these dynamic moves.

We will have snacks and drinks. Please feel welcome to show up and cheer these athletes on as they take on the course. Be a part of history this weekend at Denali Gymnastics and Fitness. The event starts at 9am.
