🌱 Starting My Gentle Detox Tomorrow! 🌱
Tomorrow marks Day 1 of my sensitive-phase detox—a foundational reset for my liver, kidneys, and GI tract. I’m choosing to start with gentle, supportive products to prepare my body for deeper healing and detox work ahead.
Here’s what I’m using during this phase:
1. Dr. Shade’s Bitters No. 9 – Supports bile flow and liver drainage to gently get detox pathways moving.
2. Kidney Care – A soothing formula to nourish and support kidney filtration and toxin release.
3. Membrane Mend – Rebuilds and strengthens cellular membranes, helping the body manage inflammation and improve resilience.
4. Liposomal Vitamin C – A potent antioxidant that supports immune function and helps neutralize toxins.
5. Ultra Binder Sensitive – A gentle binder to trap and remove toxins from the gut without overwhelming sensitive systems.
🌿 This phase is all about opening up drainage pathways, easing the toxic burden, and creating a strong foundation for healing. By gently preparing my detox organs now, I’m setting myself up for deeper, more effective cleansing later.
🔜 Once this phase is complete, I’ll transition into a more active detox using Liver Sauce, which mobilizes deeper toxins from tissues and ramps up detoxification at the cellular level.
