Miss Keri's Preschool Miss Keri's Preschool is located in Washington, Utah I offer an in home preschool experience for your child.

We focus on academic and social skills including development through music, play, stories, including free time reading and a variety of hands on learning activities. Each child will receive one on one time, as we improve basic skills allowing them progress at their own level. We build self confidence through show and tell, various challenges, and learning leadership skills. I believe family partic

ipation is vital to your child's success. I offer a parent helper program that allows hands on classroom help for those who are interested. We also have programs and field trips that can involve your family. Throughout the school year, your child will be prepared to attend Kindergarten. It is my goal that they graduate, not only ready to excel in school, but to love learning and leave with the social skills needed in this stage of their life for a happy, healthy childhood.

Let them mix the playdough.

Itā€™s going to be okay, really.

Let them build bridges for toy cars with blocks,
ā€¦and bring spoons and bowls into the sandbox.

Let them pull blankets and pillows off their beds to make forts and have tea parties for stuffed animals. šŸ§ø

I know itā€™s a lotā€¦ and maybe the thought of the colors mixing makes your eye twitchā€¦ butā€¦

Their imaginations are vast and expansive, they can create magical worlds of make believe and vibrant art, if given the opportunity.

Let them make mud pies, at least once, jump in the puddleā€¦and every now and then, let them mix the playdough.

Let them show you how beautiful the world can be.

This may very well be the hardest post Iā€™ve ever written!!

So, I just going to say it loud and clearā€¦.
THIS SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE MY LAST!
I donā€™t know whether to smile or cry!
Iā€™m going to FINALLY graduate from Preschool and Iā€™m going to do it with my little Granddaughterā¤ļø
I canā€™t think a better way to go..

Iā€™m am so, so sad and it will be a really hard year, full of LASTS. But, from 1994 until now I have made hundreds of friends and I have loved and been loved by hundreds of sweet little children who have touched my life forever. I was blessed to teach with my daughters and friends and extra blessed to have taught some of my grandkids throughout the years.

Being a Preschool teacher is the most rewarding job ever!
I never dreamed this would be who I am today, and I will always treasure my years as a teacher.
I will miss my families and friends more than I can imagine I think, but I guess I will always be Miss Keri.
Thank you all for the amazing years!
