EES page has shared so many memories, accomplishments, and milestones that tell the story of our school community. While it's hard to say goodbye, we're excited for the new journey ahead as we come together to build something new. Thank you to everyone who helped make this school and its story so special. The memories will always remain, even as we turn the page to a new chapter.

Starting July 1, EES & JCT will officially merge becoming Washington Elementary School. EES and JCT social media pages will be retired and all information will be pushed out through Washington Elementary School page only!

The missing time capsule from EES was FOUND today! 🙌🏻 ❤️ If you or your child was a 1st grader at EES in 2006-2007 and graduated in 2018 they may have a work sample that was buried back in 2007. Feel free to reach out to Mrs. Mary Martin Moore! She will be at JCT tomorrow & Friday!

When Bobby the Polar Bear went missing, scholars became secret agents to solve the mystery! They cracked codes, solved math equations, and unlocked clues to discover that Bobby was simply hanging out with his new friends, Scout, Buddy, and Library Assistant Darlene. Judge Anna Harrell made the case as scholars stood before the jury and were recognized for their outstanding hard work, growth, and dedication to literacy throughout the school year. During Literacy Court, each scholar had their moment to shine as their achievements were celebrated and honored. The verdict is in: these scholars are guilty of excellence and deserving of every accolade! 👏🎉📖
