offers skilled nursing care and educational instruction to infants and young children, six weeks of age to eight years old, who are experiencing serious health problems. Children with serious, ongoing illnesses or chronic conditions that require the use of medical devices and constant medical attention are eligible for services. Your Child’s Place cares for children that are technology dependent a

nd/or require additional nursing assistance for their special needs including: Airway Management, Respiratory Support, Oral/Eternal Feeding Support, Medication Management, Post-Surgical Care, Special Therapies (physical, occupational, and/or speech-language), Management of Adaptive Equipment, and other special care support.
