Our 220-acre (0.89 km2) campus borders the village green of Washington, Connecticut, a small, historic town in the Litchfield Hills. Actor, retired Episcopal priest, and community leader Jack Gilpin will address the Class of 2026 at The Frederick Gunn School’s 176th Commencement Exercises on May 24, 2026. A seasoned actor known for his appearances on stage and screen, Gilpin is currently starring as Church, the butler, in HBO’s historical drama, “The Gilded Age,” for which he was nominated in 2024 for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Drama Series.
