Today’s the day folks! The berries are ripe and the picking is easy! We are officially
OPEN for pick-your-own strawberries! 🍓 🍓

LOCATION: 895 Waldoboro rd in Washington. Please enter at the main driveway for the farm stand and then follow the signs for pick-your-own parking!
HOURS: Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-4pm Mon-Thurs 8am-1pm
PRICE: $5/quart. CASH/CHECK ONLY.

Please note that we will do our best to keep hours consistent but picker turnout and weather may impact things so keep your eyes posted on the page for picking updates and you can always give us a call before coming out!

If picking your own isn’t your thing we have the farm stand fully stocked with pre-picked berries this morning! 🍓

Forest school families, friends & neighbors! We are on the look out for a few second hand, full size picnic tables. Somehow our original group of toddlers have turned into big kids with big projects❤️ and we need upgraded space for creativity (and snacks of course). If you come across any in usable condition (in need of a little tlc is ok 👍) for sale around the area this summer shoot me a message! Thank you in advance!

A peek back at April -
some wild children in their natural state of mind : play mode ❤️🧡💛💙💚

The truth is, some huge moments of cognitive and physical development are happening here that often go unnoticed or written off as "just play".
These unplanned types of play, creativity, and curiosity are the healthiest and most effective method of learning for them right now & I am deeply grateful to be a part of it.

One focus around earth day has of course been cool creatures! Our dedicated animal artists had opportunities to draw observations and begin research reports on a few special animals during our field trip to this week.

This experience created TONS of ideas and conversations that will carry into different lessons back at forest school 🌲😊
