Consent forms for Hearing and Vision testing are due tomorrow morning! ALL children 3-5 are required to be tested unless they are in ECE, Head Start or going into Kindergarten. If your child is under the care of an ENT or Eye doctor, we will need a note for their file by 5/18. Testing is $18. Please let me know you have any questions.
