🎉 Welcome to Washington Catholic, Mr. Trenton Lee! ❤️🖤

We are excited to welcome Trenton Lee to the Cardinal family as our new Computer Science teacher! 💻🐦

A native of Bicknell, Indiana, Mr. Lee brings nearly a decade of experience in education, with a career that has spanned from PreK and Head Start administration to middle school science, social studies, and special education, as well as higher education. Most recently, he served as Director of Career Services at Vincennes University.

Mr. Lee earned his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education/Special Education from Vincennes University and his master’s degree in Administration and Leadership from Indiana State University. He is currently completing his doctoral dissertation on Stakeholder Value and Perception of Community Colleges at the University of Southern Indiana, where he will earn his Ed.D.

Outside of school, Mr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, playing guitar, golfing, and collecting vinyl records. And when we say collecting, we mean collecting—he has an incredible 2,500+ album collection! 🎸🎶

Mr. Lee is especially excited to get to know our students and bring STEM to life through real-world experiences, problem-solving, creativity, and play.

Today was a beautiful day at Washington Catholic Schools as we welcomed Bishop Siegel to celebrate Mass with our school community. ❤️🙏

We are so grateful for his presence and for the opportunity to come together in faith as a school family. Thank you, Bishop Siegel, for celebrating with us and for continuing to support and encourage our students, faculty, and staff.

What a blessing to begin our day gathered together in prayer and the celebration of the Eucharist! ✝️

⚽️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Fall Sports Preview Night was a great way to kick off the fall sports season at WC! ❤️🖤

A big thank you to the WC Booster Club for providing a delicious meal and helping make the evening special for our athletes, families, and supporters!

Dr. Doug Palmer got us started, followed by a prayer led by Father Paul. We then had the opportunity to introduce our middle and high school boys and girls cross country teams, followed by our middle and high school boys and girls soccer teams.

The girls varsity soccer team then took the field for PK kicks, followed by a boys varsity soccer scrimmage to wrap up the evening! ⚽️

Thank you to all of the parents, families, and supporters who came out to cheer on our Cardinals! We are so excited for a great fall sports season! Go Cards! ❤️🖤

Our school family came together today to celebrate the first Mass of the new school year. ❤️🙏

There is something special about beginning the year gathered around the altar, asking God to guide our students, teachers, staff, and families in the months ahead. May this school year be filled with faith, learning, kindness, and countless blessings.

A special highlight of today’s Mass was watching our Kindergarten Buddies help our newest Cardinals during their very first school Mass. It was a beautiful reminder of the caring community we have at Washington Catholic Schools and the way our older students lead by example with kindness and faith.

The Cardinal Way starts with faith. ❤️🖤
