🎤It happens often: We start a co-op or micro-school and we worry about filling the spots.

Do we need to fill enough spots to make the school run? or the co-op have enough hands for the work? Yes, but don't get desperate about it! It is okay to vet your future members. It's better to start small and have less headache later then just let anyone in without talking to them really seriously about what will be expected and what your school is all about.

Being slower and purposeful about what you are creating will ensure that you have less round pegs for your square holes. Jim Collins wrote "Good to Great" he said, "Put the right people on the bus!"

💯Truth!! You will have less conflict and less headaches throughout your year! 💛
