Social media is awesome, but if we aren’t careful of our own thoughts and emotions, we can quickly be consumed with comparison. Try not to use other people’s lives as a measuring tool to decide the status of your life and relationships. Look up, focus on the Lord, then take a look at the blessings right in front of you!

Yes please!! Change the narrative to a positive one! Sometimes our loving advice from the experts sound intimidating, nerve wracking, and nothing to look forward to. I truly believe it’s said with love, I’ve even said things like this. But I want to let you know a secret, it’s UNHELPFUL. Instead maybe say something like:

It’s a beautiful, crazy, hard, fun, messy ride. If you’re ever in the thick of it, reach out, I’ll be here to talk things through with you! It’s hard to see when you’re in it, but I promise it’s the best gift you’ll ever get.❤️ Abbie Walde

People often say ‘just you wait’ especially when talking to a brand new or soon to be parent.

Well guess what mamas, it’s time we took it back. 💪

2022 I decided to heal from the inside out.

I spent the year focusing on my mental health. Learning who God created me to be. It was the greatest blessing I could give to myself and my family.

This year I’m focusing on getting my body healthy. Specifically my gut! After all, it is our second brain!

Last week, my small group and I learned how to make and maintain a sourdough starter.

It was SO FUN! I’m basically Paul Hollywood now. IYKYK 😂🥖

My friend Danielle came to my house and shared her passion with us, and I loved every second of the fellowship we had!

10/10 recommend getting together with your friends, learning something new, and sharing God’s love!! 🙌❤️
