Happy Saturday! I have a new tool to help you further! 🥳 All Private and In-Home clients will get monthly assessments with the Hume Smart Body Composition Analyzer!👏🏽

This will provide us with more details on your body fat, muscular skeleton, recovery, and overall health. Understand that this does use BMI (which I am against, as it is outdated and inaccurate at more than its base level of necessity), but we'll talk about which numbers affect you (the individual) more. 🖤

⚠️All semi-private clients and Group training clients can schedule an analysis and a full breakdown consultation with myself for $20. These will have to be scheduled in advance and are extremely limited. 🦍
