I am a Career and Life Coach for adults around the world—serving and supporting the global community to overcome adversity. My life’s passion is working with both students and adult professionals. I believe that everyone has what it takes to achieve high performance and accomplish all their goals and dreams. My educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and a Graduate Certificate in Professional & Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. Plus, a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management at the George Mason University School of Business,

In my downtime, I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I achieved an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. I have volunteered my time from 2016 to 2020, serving on the Board of Directors for my local ICF Chapter on Long Island as both their Chapter Secretary and the Director of Public Relations. Most recently, I volunteer at the global level with the ICF serving as the Co-Leader of the Career Coaching Community of Practice and previously as the Co-Leader of the ICF Ethics Community of Practice. On top of my work with the ICF, I am a Certified MBTI Practitioner and have earned additional Professional Certifications to support my Coaching Clients. I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer, a Certified Social Media Manager, a Certified Employment Interview Coach, a Certified Career Management Coach, and a Certified Brian-Friendly Job Search Coach. Twenty years ago, after earning my Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications at SUNY Plattsburgh, I went on to enjoy a 13-year career in the Broadcast Industry. My contributions included delivering innovative product development and network support through my technical broadcasting expertise. I bring all my accomplished business and broadcast industry acumen into play with my clients and with my Career Development employers.

Joshua Lissauer is a Certified Professional Coach for adults around the world—serving and supporting the global community through career and life transitions. His life’s passion is working with adult professionals. He believes that everyone has what it takes to achieve high performance and accomplish all of their goals and dreams. Joshua currently serves as a Consultant for LinkedIn as a Career Coach. He is a Professional Resume Writer for Zipjob, and he is also Job Placement Assistant with the Common point Queens Y in Forest Hills, New York.

His educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management & Administrative Sciences and a Graduate Certificate in Professional & Executive Coaching from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, at the University of Texas at Dallas. At the George Mason University School of Business, Joshua also earned a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Joshua is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), where he achieved his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential. Since 2016 Joshua has served on the Board of Directors for his local ICF Chapter, ICF Long Island as the Chapter Secretary and the Director of Public Relations. He is a Certified Practitioner of the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Joshua also serves as a Certified Coach and Consultant with the Winslow Research Institute. At the Winslow Research Institute, Joshua earned 2 Professional Certifications. They are the System Level 1 Coach Certification and the System Level 2 Consultant Certification. He also is a Certified MBTI Practitioner. Some additional Professional Certifications Joshua has achieved are a Professional Resume Writer Certification, a Social Media Manager Certification, an Employment Interview Professional Certification and most recently, an MBA & University Career Management Coach Certification at The Academies.
