The CAS Leadership and Ethical Development Program (CAS LEAD) is a selective four-year certificate for top students from all majors in the College of Arts and Sciences. Students in the program worry about where the world is going and want to do something about it, while working to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. They recognize that leadership is needed in every arena throug
