Big Update

Today at 7:26 AM EST, NASA launches its latest Roman Space Telescope, aboard SpaceX Falcon Heavy to cover a distance of approximately million miles into the Cosmos from our planet Earth and gather several billions of galaxies images. This next generation of telescopes is 100 times greater in magnification compared to the Hubble Space Telescope.

The launch took place at Complex 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Florida, USA. Watch the incredible footage of the two heavy boosters as they plunged back to Earth and successfully touched down with a sonic boom.

Watching Live on Fox News

Today President Trump awards Artemis II crew members with congressional Space Medal of Honor hosted at Johnson Space Center in Houston.

The four astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover. Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen received the award from President in honor of their contributions to space science and particularly during the their recent journey (April 1-10, 2026) to the farthest part of the moon 🌖, covering the longest distance (252,756 miles) ever traveled by humans.

During the award ceremony, Astronauts Victor Glover presented NASA blue jacket to President Trump.

Progress Report Starship40 Recovery

SpaceX recovery team and engineers have been working so hard to recover the giant vessel. So far, we can see the Starship 40 being towed towards the ship cradle that engineers carefully constructed for this purpose.

I learned that this will help secure the ship and refloat it back to its base in Texas, USA.

This is an incredible work by SpaceX recovery team and engineers.

Update!
The starship 40S has finally reached the off coast of Christmas Island. The inhabitant of this beautiful island finally see the stunning view of the huge vessel. Efforts by the SpaceX engineers to guide the vessel to its Starbase in Texas is underway.

Today, SpaceX has shared update with respect to Ship 40 recovery progress from Indian Ocean.

After more than three weeks at the Indian Ocean, SpaceX recovery team had successfully moved the huge vessel to Christmas Island which is considered a secured location at the moment.

Accordingly, engineers from SpaceX were dispatched to reexamine the starships before moving it to the Starbase in Texas, US. This is a huge task.
