Miles for Melanoma is a nationwide series of 5K run/walks that allows participants to support and raise funds for the MRF by coming together in their community alongside fellow melanoma patients, survivors, caregivers and supporters.

San Francisco, you did it! Our hearts are full of gratitude for this incredible community. Twin Cities, it’s time to register! 💙 Watch Robyn Fine, a 13-year Stage IV melanoma survivor, share why the Twin Cities Miles for Melanoma means so much to her. For 11 years, Robyn has participated in this event, running in honor of her brother, Jason, who lost his battle with melanoma just 11 months after his diagnosis.

Her story is a powerful reminder of why this community comes together—to honor those we’ve lost, celebrate survivors and help fund the research that can change what’s possible for patients.

Philadelphia, what a day! 💙🦁 From the first step to the final cheer, you made the Philadelphia Miles for Melanoma 5K unforgettable. More than 600 participants came together at the Philadelphia Zoo and helped raise over $129,000 for critical melanoma research, education and advocacy.

For Megan King, the New Jersey Miles for Melanoma 5K is more than a race—it’s a tribute, a promise and a fight for a future without melanoma. 💙 After losing her father to metastatic melanoma 18 years ago, Megan and her family turned to the MRF for support, resources and a community that understood their journey. For the past 17 years, they have helped lead the New Jersey Miles for Melanoma 5K in his honor and to support the research that is changing lives.

As the MRF celebrates its 30th anniversary and the 20th Annual New Jersey Miles for Melanoma 5K, Megan continues to turn loss into action—raising hope for patients, families and future generations.
