Last night, the brothers of attended an interactive presentation on mental illness by .
The presenters emphasized the importance of seeking professional assistance and provided the audience with various mental health resources. We discussed how to get involved in the effort to de-stigmatize mental illness, and the impact that organizations like NAMI can make. This effort is why the Zeta Nu chapter choses NAMI as our philanthropic partner.

With rush starting in 2 days here is our next rush Spotlight Favorite Beta Memory: “My favorite memory as a Beta was the spring brotherhood retreat. As a new member it was a great opportunity its to get to know the orders and see how much they love the chapter.”

Why he went Beta: I chose beta because of the diversity and culture of the chapter. We are all passionate about our interests and pursuits while also respecting each others. We also hold each other accountable, supporting and making each other into better men.

[Founder’s Day] Yesterday, alongside 212,000 of our brothers, we celebrated the day 8 earnest young men at Miami University founded this great and good fraternity, here’s to another 180 years!

This weekend, brothers of Zeta Nu traveled to the birthplace of Beta Theta Pi, Miami University, to attend the 180th annual Beta Convention.
Honorary Zeta Nu Alumni Steven Cruz (ZN 393) was nominated by Chapter President Shalin Bhatt (ZN 402) and was confirmed by chapter delegates to serve on the General Fraternity’s Board of Trustees.
The Zeta Nu Chapter was also able to honor the late Senator Richard Lugar (ZN 430) by presenting his Badge to General Secretary Wayne Kay. Senator Lugar’s Zeta Nu Badge will now be on display in the Beta Theta Pi Administrative Office Museum.
