This month, we’re proud to celebrate Ms. Scott and Ms. Allen for the powerful ways they support our scholars, staff, and families.

Ms. Scott’s care, leadership, and expertise show up wherever they’re needed most. From supporting K–1 Morning Meeting and leading social skills groups to strengthening systems that help scholars regulate, advocate for themselves, and thrive, her impact is both deep and lasting. She is a trusted thought partner, a steady support for colleagues, and someone who always asks, “What do you need?”

Ms. Allen exemplifies what it means to be a Platinum Teacher. Her enthusiasm, collaboration, and commitment to growth ensure every scholar is planned for and supported. She partners intentionally with families and brings joy and leadership beyond the classroom—helping make Achievement Prep an excellent place for all.

Platinum Parents,
In conjunction with DCPS, we will open on time tomorrow. Doors open to scholars at 7:45am. No onsite before care. After care continues.

Platinum Parents, in conjunction with DCPS, we will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, February 2, 2026. Doors open for scholars at 9:45AM. Before care will not operate tomorrow, but aftercare will resume normal operations.
