dys!
Jakub is a 3rd year student of law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He is actively involved in various academic activities raging from international conferences to research papers on comparative private law and has experience working in law firms. He is interested in comparative contract law and in the future hopes to be a business lawyer. Jakub is an open-minded extrovert enjoying meeting other people and a great fan of sport, in his free time going swimming, running and bowling with his friends.
We are undoubted that our program will help Jakub, as much as the rest of the students, to broaden their knowledge and experience in fields that they are interested in!π₯

An exciting journey begins with the American Law Program!
Weβre proud to welcome a dynamic and passionate group of participants.
Welcome, Krzysztof Stabach!
Krzysztof is a graduate of law at Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in construction and investment law conducted at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and the Czech Law School run by the University of Szczecin in cooperation with Masaryk University in Brno. He completed legal advisor training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in KrakΓ³w and is currently a trainee in the supplementary prosecutor training program at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. His professional experience includes working in KrakΓ³w law firms, corporate legal departments, and notably as an assistant prosecutor at the Regional Prosecutor's Office in KrakΓ³w in the Litigation Department, the District Prosecutor's Office for KrakΓ³w-Krowodrza, and currently at the District Prosecutor's Office in Wieliczka. His immediate goal is to complete the prosecutor training program. He sees participation in the American Law School as an opportunity to broaden his knowledge about the functioning of American judicial and prosecutorial authorities. In his free time, he continues his philosophical studies and reads difficult books.
We are undoubted that our program will help Krzysztof, as much as the rest of the students, to broaden their knowledge and experience in fields that they are interested in!π₯

Welcome, Aleksandra KuroΕ!
Aleksandra KuroΕ is a PhD student in the Society of the Future program at the Doctoral School in the Social Sciences of the Jagiellonian University. Her research interests focus on the Supreme Court of the United States, constitutional interpretation, the politicization of the judiciary, and reproductive rights. She is a recipient of the Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF) scholarship, under which she conducted research at Delaware Valley University as well as at The Catholic University of America (CUA) in Washington, D.C., and carried out research activities in Washington, D.C., and New York City. She has presented her research at international academic conferences (including MPSA, CEPSA, and BAAS), and her work has been published in political science and law journals, as well as in edited volumes.

πΊπΈ As part of the CUAβJU International Business and Trade Summer Law Program, students had the opportunity to explore KrakΓ³wβs historic Jewish Quarter in Kazimierz.
πΆββοΈ During a guided walk through its streets and courtyards, European and American students discovered an important part of the cityβs multicultural heritage.
ποΈ It was a chance to learn about Jewish history, local architecture, and the unique atmosphere of one of KrakΓ³wβs most unique places.

Welcome, Jakub NiedziΓ³Εka!
Jakub is a fifth-year law student at the Jagiellonian University in KrakΓ³w, where he also serves as the President of the Faculty Student Council. Professionally, he has been building his legal career in the video game industry, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of technology, creativity, and law. His academic interests span denominational law, criminal law, and copyright law. Outside the courtroom, Jakub is an avid gamer β which makes his career choice less of a coincidence and more of a calling. He is also a devoted Tottenham Hotspur fan, meaning he has mastered the art of hoping for the best while preparing for the worst.

Weβre happy to welcome individuals ready to explore and develop their skills.
Welcome, Julia Blat!
Julia is a second-year law student at the University of Silesia. She was admitted to law school as a finalist of the Human Rights Knowledge Olympiad in BiaΕystok and is currently an active member of her universityβs Criminology Research Club. She plans to complete a summer internship at a law firm and aims to become a lawyer with international expertise, improve her legal and business English, and gain insight into legal systems beyond Poland. Julia is an ambitious and determined person who has been studying English for many years and has earned both FCE and PTE certificates. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures; visits to Washington, D.C., New York City, and Miami sparked her interest in the American legal system and the United States.
