The Powering America team of National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA’s Kelso-Burnett Company and IBEW Local 430 is working on construction of the $68 million, 75,000-square-foot Lincoln-King Community and Health Center in Racine, Wisconsin. Expected to be operational by late 2026, the facility will feature the city's first federally qualified Health Center, a new public health department, recreation spaces, and surrounding townhouses.
