Whether you are returning to familiar classrooms or beginning a new chapter at Parami University, we are delighted to have you with us. Let’s make this semester a meaningful journey filled with curiosity, collaboration, and courage.

As you settle back into university life, here are a few tips to help you get started:
1. Reset your routine. Gradually return to a regular sleep schedule so you can begin each day feeling prepared and focused.

“The Crew” ဟု လူသိများသော အဖွဲ့တစ်ဖွဲ့သည် တက္ကသိုလ်၏ အတွင်းပိုင်းဒေတာများကို ရရှိထားသည်ဟု ဆိုထားသည့် ပြောဆိုချက်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အွန်လိုင်းပေါ်တွင် ပျံ့နှံ့နေသော အချက်အလက်များကို ပါရမီတက္ကသိုလ်အနေဖြင့် သိရှိထားပါသည်။

🎓 5 Things You Should Know About Student Life at Parami 🎓

Starting university is exciting, but it also comes with new experiences, challenges, and a lot of information to learn along the way. If you’re a new Parami student, here are 5 things you should know as you begin your journey:

1️⃣ Be ready for academic demands
You’ll encounter papers, assignments, reflections, and plenty of reading materials. Be prepared to engage deeply with ideas, manage your time, and develop academic writing skills.

2️⃣ Don’t be afraid to share your ideas
Parami classrooms are spaces for questions, discussions, and different perspectives. Share your thoughts, listen to others, and use conversations to develop your own arguments.

3️⃣ Learning happens beyond the classroom
Student clubs, projects, and experiential learning opportunities give you ways to explore your interests and apply what you learn. Take part in opportunities that help you connect your learning with the world around you.

4️⃣ You’ll learn with and from others
Your classmates bring different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives from yours. Through conversations, discussions, and collaboration, you will learn from one another as well as you learn from your instructors.

5️⃣ Support is always available

ပထမနှစ် ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် တက္ကသိုလ်စတက်ရတာဟာ စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားစရာကောင်းသလို အတွေ့အကြုံအသစ်တွေ၊ စိန်ခေါ်မှုတွေနဲ့ လေ့လာသင်ယူစရာအသစ်တွေလည်း အများကြီး ရှိလာမှာပါ။ ဒီနှစ်မှာ စတင်ပြီး ပါရမီတက္ကသိုလ်ကို တက်ရောက်ကြမယ့်သူတွေအတွက် ပါရမီ ကျောင်းသားဘဝကို စတင်ဖြတ်သန်းတဲ့အခါ သိထားသင့်တဲ့ အချက် (၅) ချက်ကို ဝေမျှပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

1️⃣ သင်ခန်းစာတွေအတွက် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားပါ။
စာတမ်းဖတ်ရတာတွေ၊ အိမ်စာတွေ၊ ဖတ်ထားတဲ့စာတွေကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရေးသားရတာတွေ အတွက် ဖတ်ရှုလေ့လာရတဲ့ စာတွေ အများကြီးရှိပါလိမ့်မယ်။ သင်ခန်းစာ အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း လေ့လာနိုင်ဖို့၊ အချိန်ကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ရေးသားမှုစွမ်းရည်တွေ (academic writing) တိုးတက်လာဖို့ ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားပါ။

ပါရမီ ရဲ့ စာသင်ခန်းတွေဟာ မေးခွန်းတွေမေးဖို့၊ ဆွေးနွေးဖို့နဲ့ အမြင်မတူတာတွေကို ဖလှယ်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးရှိတဲ့ နေရာတွေပါ။ ကိုယ့်အမြင်တွေကို ဝေဖန်ခံရမှာ မကြောက်ပါနဲ့၊ အားလုံးနဲ့ မျှဝေပါ၊ အခြားသူတွေရဲ့ အမြင်တွေကိုလည်း နားထောင်ပါ၊ ဆွေးနွေးမှုတွေကနေ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ အတွေးအခေါ်နဲ့ အကြောင်းပြချက်တွေကို ပိုမိုတိုးတက်အောင် လေ့ကျင့်ပါ။

ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားအသင်းအဖွဲ့တွေ၊ ပရောဂျက်တွေနဲ့ လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံတွေက ကိုယ်တစ်ကယ် စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့အရာကို ရှာဖွေပြီး သင်ယူထားတာတွေကို လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်သင်ယူထားတာတွေကို ကိုယ်နေထိုင်တဲ့ ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်စဉ်းစားနိုင်စေမယ့် အခွင့်အရေးတွေ ရှိလာမှာမို့ လက်တွေ့ အပြည့်အဝ ပါဝင်အသုံးချပါ။

ယခုလို နေ့လေးမှာ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်းက လူငယ်တွေရဲ့ မယုံကြည်နိုင်လောက်စရာ စွမ်းအင်တွေ၊ တီထွင်ဖန်တီးနိုင်စွမ်းတွေနဲ့ မလျှော့သော ဇွဲလုံ့လတွေကို ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာ ဂုဏ်ပြုလိုပါတယ်။

Parami students successfully completed the Parami-NSYSU Summer University Program 2026 at National Sun Yat-sen University!

Over the past two weeks, from July 26 to August 7, our students explored global challenges on the theme "Uncertainties and Challenges in a Changing World." They returned home with new insights, meaningful connections, and memories from an unforgettable learning journey in Taiwan. 🌏💙
