You have the experience and the story, but in interviews, scholarship applications, and networking, that’s not always enough. What matters is how clearly you communicate it without noise or barriers.
“Communication noise” can distort your message, creating confusion and even skepticism, ultimately weakening your credibility and impact.
In this 90-minute online workshop, Communication Skills for Effective Storytelling, you’ll learn how to turn real experiences into clear, compelling stories that truly resonate, while reducing communication noise so your message comes across with clarity, confidence, and impact.
What's in it for you:
✅ The Communication Process: Understand how communication actually works and identify the common barriers that weaken your message.
✅ Audience Connection: Figure out why some people naturally capture attention, and learn how to shape your experiences for different audiences.
✅ The Power of Storytelling: Discover how to structure your story so it transforms ordinary answers into clear, relevant, and memorable insights.
✅ Interview Readiness: Practice techniques to answer tough questions with authenticity, not just rehearsed lines.
This workshop is for students preparing for university interviews, youth applying for scholarships and leadership programs, young professionals preparing for internships or jobs, and anyone who wants to improve their communication skills.

A group of Parami University students is now in Tokyo to take part in the two-week Dwight Clark Cross-Cultural Program, running from May 24 to June 5, 2026. The program is a collaboration between Parami University, International Christian University (ICU), the Japan ICU Foundation (JICUF), and Volunteers in Asia (VIA).
Over the course of two weeks, students will engage in academic exchange and cultural immersion, gaining new perspectives, building intercultural understanding, and exploring what leadership looks like beyond their own borders. For many participants, this also marks their first international learning experience.
Stay tuned for more photos, reels, and stories from Tokyo through the lens of our students.

Today, May 21, marks World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, a reminder that our differences are not barriers; they are strengths.
So why does this day matter?
Because real progress does not happen in isolation. It happens when people from different cultures, languages, and lived experiences come together to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and learn from one another. Progress in education, innovation, peacebuilding, and community development becomes possible when dialogue replaces division and understanding replaces prejudice.
The world moves forward when we choose to listen instead of fearing differences.
A message to hold onto in 2026: “Bridging the gap between cultures is urgent and necessary for peace, stability, and development.”
At Parami University, diversity is more than a value we talk about. It is something we live every day. Our students bring different backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and languages into one shared learning community, where education is strengthened through one another’s experiences, stories, and voices.
Today, we celebrate the power of cultural diversity to connect people, inspire dialogue, and shape a more inclusive future for all.

Is university still worth it in 2026
Or are short-term courses enough?
If you’ve been stuck between "just learn fast and earn" vs "commit to a full degree," you’re not alone. The confusion is valid. The pressure is real.
But here’s the thing most people don’t tell you:
It’s not about which is faster.
It’s about which actually gets you where you want to go.
That’s exactly what this session is here to unpack.
Join the “Unstoppable Education” discussion and get clarity from people who’ve actually walked the academic path and built real careers.
In this session, you’ll:
✅ Talk directly with PhD-level faculty & international scholars
✅ Break down the real value of a 4-year degree
✅ Figure out which path actually fits your goals, not just trends
If you’re serious about your future and tired of second-guessing your decisions, this is your space.
