Kyra Goldfarb and John Tretolo presented their research projects at the ACSR conference on February 28 and March 1, 2023!
Kyra investigated the use of the FUJI XT1-IR camera for the detection of bloodstains and gunshot residue. John presented on the validation of the RECOVER LFT system.

An interesting forensics article! Hair locks from Beethoven, who died in 1827 at age 56, were used to obtain his genomic DNA sequence. Some clues to his health problems were found, but not the cause of his deafness.
