Our Story
This is the official page for both the American University Student Health Center and the Health Promotion and Advocacy Center (formerly The Wellness Center)!
The Student Health Center is your campus medical resource. They are located in McCabe Hall. Visit their website and book an appointment at www.american.edu/ocl/healthcenter.
The Health Promotion and Advocacy Center is located in Hughes Hall 105. Their entrance is located on the exterior of the building, facing the amphitheater. Stop by any time between 9-5 Monday-Friday to say hi, pick up health and wellness resources, as well as free condoms, l**e, and other sexual health resources.
