Every young person has potential. But potential alone is not enough.
It needs access.
It needs guidance.
It needs someone who believes in what’s possible.
At Stella’s Child, we help create pathways toward education, confidence, meaningful careers, and brighter futures.
Because our goal isn’t simply to help young people get by.
It’s to help them thrive.

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
It starts with someone believing that their future can be different.
Through mentorship, practical skills, and access to opportunity, young people gain the confidence to see new possibilities for themselves.
Every journey is unique.
But each one reminds us of the same thing: One opportunity can change everything.
Another learning session full of inspiring life journeys and personal growth with Zoe, Divya, Manaf & Genia, Marwan, and Wati!
Last week, our JTO 2026 youths had many exciting opportunities to learn, explore, and share meaningful discussions with their friends and amazing mentors.
Zoe introduced the importance of nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially while learning to live independently. Divya then helped build their confidence through self-introductions and fun interactive games. Together with Manaf & Genia, the youths also explored the importance of ESG and why it matters today. Marwan shared his inspiring life journey and encouraged everyone to develop a growth mindset. With Wati, they discovered different personality types, helping them reflect and understand themselves better.
We truly hope these inspiring sessions continue to broaden their knowledge and perspectives, helping them grow and apply these lessons in their daily lives and future journeys.
Keep it up!

Every action begins with our thoughts!
Life presents us with countless decisions and challenges, and our brain sometimes swings between optimism and pessimism. These two sides can either lift us up or hold us back. The key is to face our fears, take small steps, and keep moving toward a positive impact on our life journey.
At Stella’s Child, we see many youths curious to explore but worried about being judged. When they are in a supportive, growth environment and surrounded by people going through the same challenges, they feel encouraged to overcome fear and discover their true selves.
Another Day of Joy and Impactful Learning with Tim, Andre, Wati, Micka, and Sheryl!
On 12 May 2026, our JTO 2026 youths had the opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen their skills through interactive games, inspiring stories, and confidence-building activities.
To challenge their creative thinking, Tim and Andre opened the session with interactive storytelling games. Through Wati’s 16 Personalities session, they explored their personalities and learned how self-awareness can guide them toward better personal growth. Our volunteer mentor, Micka, shared inspiring experiences and valuable life insights. Sheryl then guided them to step out of their comfort zones and build confidence by speaking English in front of their friends.
We hope these sessions continue to strengthen their creative thinking, deepen their self-awareness, broaden their perspectives, and help them continue growing their self-confidence.
Keep going!!

Success is not just about winning, it’s about the journey behind it!
Have you ever heard his name in Bali’s history? Let’s get to know the inspiring story of I Gusti Ngurah Rai, the leader behind the Battle of Margarana.
His story reminds us that success has a deeper meaning than simply being a winner. It is about the journey of continuing to move forward, believing in yourself, facing challenges, learning from mistakes, and staying committed to doing your best. Taking action and stepping out of your comfort zone is always more meaningful than doing nothing when faced with difficulties.
If you are currently facing struggles and challenges in your journey, remember the reason why you started and let it be your strength. You will get through it!

— Support
The presence, encouragement, and environment where people feel safe to take action on their own. It builds confidence, allowing them to try, to fail, and to try again without feeling alone on their journey. Support can come in many forms: emotional care, practical help, or a strong sense of community.
Through this support, people begin to build confidence, uncover their true potential, and take consistent steps toward their goals. And beyond receiving support, there is even greater strength in becoming someone who can support others too!
