To my sweet friends who are off to big school,
watching you grow from tiny hands that could barely hold a crayon to confident little people ready to start this next adventure has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I remember your first day here — some of you cried, some of you clung to your grown-ups, and now look at you, walking into a whole new chapter with your backpacks and your brave hearts.
You taught me so much more than I ever taught you. You showed me how to find wonder in a ladybug, how to turn a cardboard box into a spaceship, and how a hug really can fix almost anything.
School is going to be so lucky to have you. Keep asking questions, keep being kind to your friends, keep raising your hand even when you're not sure of the answer, and never stop being exactly who you are.
I will carry every giggle, every "look what I made!", and every sleepy nap-time snuggle with me always. You are ready for this, and I am so proud of you.
