On March 19, 2016, the "Ethnic Crops: Food Production and Marketing Strategies" workshop was hosted at Firebird Farm, providing an overview of ethnic foods from farm to fork. Presenters included: Yao Afantchao, UDC CAUSES / SARE; Olukemi Adeola, UDC-CC Food Science Adjunct;
