This weekend, Kogod's Online MBA students from across the country gathered here in DC to take a deep dive into employment law, where they engaged in mock mediations and settlement discussions, visited the US District Court, and heard firsthand from employment and business law experts and judges like Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya, Traevena Byrd, Jessica Buonaccorsi Summers, Belinda Elvan Nixon, Jerry Howe, and Kevin Levey.
