Join the Lecture Fund on October 22nd, 5:30 PM, in Leavey Program Room for a conversation with Chef Kevin Tien, moderated by Professor Yuki Kato!
Kevin Tien is a co-owner and executive chef of Moon Rabbit, a restaurant here in DC that prides itself on reimagining Vietnamese cuisine. Moon Rabbit is widely acclaimed, with the restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide and most recently being ranked #24 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2026. He is also a co-founder of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate that works to support and empower AAPI communities.
