What an incredible week at National Geographic Photo Camp in Memphis, Tennessee! 📸
For the fourth year in a row, Photo Camp hosted five days of immersive photography and writing lessons taking place throughout this vibrant city in the South. Photo Camp Memphis was part of a series across the U.S. in collaboration with National Geographic Education for students to engage with to learn photography and writing skills, build connections within their communities and understand the power of geography to tell the stories of their past, present and future.
This Photo Camp hosted students from Freedom Prep Academy - Memphis and was led by Explorers Erika Larsen, Gena Steffens and Danielle Villasana. We’re also thankful for alumni Caiden Bean and Hayden Foxx for serving as Team Leaders.
Check out some of the remarkable moments captured during the week.
