Our students had the opportunity to connect directly with Deloitte professionals, gain valuable career insights, learn more about the firm’s work, and explore pathways in accounting, audit, consulting, technology, and more.

Nearly 100 years after Jane Ellen McAllister joined Miner Teachers College, her extraordinary legacy continues to inspire new generations of educators.
A recent Smithsonian screening of the documentary "My Mind to Me a Kingdom Is: The Legacy of Dr. Jane Ellen McAllister" celebrated her pioneering contributions to education and featured materials from the University of the District of Columbia Archives.

Recap: Yesterday we hosted our 8th Annual Research Conference centered on the theme: AI and Emerging Technologies for a Brighter Future, as part of the 2026 UDC Research Week: Celebrating 175 Years of Inspiration, Innovation, and Impact. We had 35 of our BBA and MBA students present their research posters and showcase their ideas, innovation, and hard work. Thank you to all our judges and congratulations to our student presenters and winners. 🔥👏🏾
