WCAC Championship Day 2 ✅

🥇 1st Place - Anthony Sarro ‘26 in the 1600 in an and outdoor school record time (4:07.28)

🥉3rd Place - Aamir Uthman ‘26 in the High Jump

🏆 Anthony was named Outstanding Boys Track Athlete of the Meet for winning two Gold medals and scoring in both the 800 and 4x400

🥈2nd Place - 4x800 (Coogan ‘28, Gaston ‘28, Ash ‘28, Fritz ‘26) in our best time (8:00.85) since 2010

🥉3rd Place - Ozias Tulloch ‘27 in the Long Jump

3 FLY DAYS in a row! 50 Eagles competed in the WCAC JV Meet of Champions on Thursday with the group earning over 65 personal bests and a number of top finishes. 21 Eagles competed at the 43rd Draper Invitational on Friday and Saturday, and 6 competed at the 62nd Dogwood Track Classic on Saturday. Great work by all as we continue to focus on the journey first, everyday.

🦅🏃 | 🚨 Anthony Sarro ‘26 Breaks Two More Indoor School Records 🚨

Last Tuesday 2/10, Anthony Sarro won double gold 🥇🥇 at the Indoor Championships by breaking the indoor school record in the 1600 in a time of 🚨4:12.56🚨(previous mark of 4:13.42 by Billy Ledder ‘10) and by winning the 3200.

And on Saturday 2/14, Sarro broke the indoor school record in the 2 Mile in a time of 🚨9:07.56🚨 (previous mark of 9.10.63 by Patrick Donnelly ‘Trials of Miles Racingmilesracing NYC Circuit.



Sarro will look to capture the 1 Mile indoor school record on Saturday 2Trials of Miles Racingmilesracing PHILLY Circuit ahead of Nationals in March.
