Going from 90% to 100% is arguably one of the hardest jumps.

You need a strategy based on your ratings, your conditions, and your evidence.

1. What conditions am I actually filing?
2. What records support each one?
3. Am I filing a condition or just describing a symptom?
4. Am I relying on something a buddy told me instead of checking whether it applies to me?
5. Do I understand how the VA will evaluate this?
A claim shouldn’t be a pile of guesses.
Know what you’re filing and why.

Some of y’all don’t want guidance.

You want someone to agree with the decision you already made.

We had a veteran come to us wanting to file claims that, based on what we reviewed, had no evidence to support them.

He didn’t like the answer, went somewhere else, got letters, filed anyway, and then came back after he got denied for multiple things.

That’s exactly my point.

If you’re looking for help, be ready to be guided. Be willing to hear “no.”
