In honor of Community School Coordinator Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the amazing Connected Schools Managers at our 20 Connected Schools! As members of their school’s leadership team, Connected Schools Managers lead the implementation of the community school model in their building. This work includes building strong support systems, managing community partnerships, leading family engagement efforts, and working directly with students and families to ensure they have access to programs and services to help them thrive. They are integral members of their school communities and we’re grateful for them every week, but especially this week!
