The Pre-Law Division seeks to promote and foster positive relationships among black undergraduate students by assisting them make informed decisions about pursuing a legal education. NBLSA and the Pre-Law Division accept the challenge of increasing African American law school enrollment by providing valuable information about the application process and the advantages of having a law degree. As California grows even more diverse, the California Bar Foundation delivers on our commitment to build a California legal profession more representative of the communities it serves to better serve the communities it represents.

This is the sixth year we will award more than 20 students with $7,500 Diversity Scholarships.
The Diversity Scholarship financially supports law students from groups historically underrepresented in the legal profession and matriculating to a California law school in 2013.
