Saturday, May 30: Take your glazing to the next level with DCC instructor Sue Decker!

During this class, Sue will share some of her favorite glazing methods, including layering, bubble glazing, and splatter glazing. Sue will work individually with students as you practice these new surface techniques. In addition to hands-on work in glazing, students will learn about different ways to develop their own glazing style.

In this special 5-week intensive with Noelle Zambrano, students will learn how to responsibly forage for clay to use in their ceramic projects! Throughout the course, Zambrano will guide students on how to source their own clay, test that clay in the studio, and make the adjustments necessary for practical studio use.

Join Chris Hanan as he teaches you the journey of throwing clay!
You get a wheel, clay, a nice instructor and 2.5 hours to try your hand at the pottery wheel. You may be mesmerized . . . or not. The wheel looks easy but it can seem to have a mind of its own. We do promise you'll have fun.
