The DEAEF was thrilled to partner with DEA Phoenix Operation Engage Year 6 this summer in bringing a Martial Arts Program to Mesa, Arizona in a new collaboration with Community Bridges, Inc, the Child Crisis Center Arizona Center for Child & Family Wellness and Precision Martial Arts. DEA Phoenix Division

We are thankful for this partnership with DEA Philadelphia Operation Engage bringing a healthy activity and important prevention messaging to our youth. It is never too early to start talking to your kids about the dangers of drug abuse.

Special Agent Amanda presented on DEA and the dangers of drugs & drug abuse, with the No Longer Bound organization in Levittown, PA. Our partners at the DEA Educational Foundation organize a dance program at , as part of DEA Philadelphia's Operation Engage.

National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day was established by Facing Fentanyl and affected families across the country to remember the lives lost to illicit fentanyl poisoning and to educate the public about the ongoing danger of this crisis. Observed every year on August 21st, this day serves as a nationwide call to action, to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and save lives. Illicit fentanyl is the deadliest drug threat the United States has ever faced.

Friday, August 21 is National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day.

Fentanyl is involved in more deaths of Americans under 50 than any other cause, including heart disease, cancer, homicide, and su***de. Talk to your children about their mental health and the risks of encountering illicitly manufactured fentanyl. In addition, visit the DEA Museum during its extended hours of operation, 6 a.m. — 6 p.m., on August 21.
