DCCFE is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that awards scholarships to graduating students from DC public schools. area public school systems.

District of Columbia Council for Excellence (DCCFE) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization managed by an independent Board of Trustees that awards scholarships for tuition, fees, and other college related expenses to graduating students from Washington, D.C. DCCFE’s mission is to assist in alleviating some of the financial burden on students and their families so they can focus on graduating from college. All of our scholarships and other programs are designed with this goal in mind.
