Sometimes it’s not about doing more

It’s about cutting what’s draining your time, energy, and confidence.

Here were my biggest energy leaks (and what I did about them):

1️⃣ Saying yes to unaligned opportunities

Styled shoots that didn’t match my brand, inquiries I knew weren’t a fit… I thought I “had to.” Now I don’t.

2️⃣ Over-customizing every proposal

I used to build every quote from scratch. Now I have a strategic base that saves hours and still feels personal.

3️⃣ Trying to be “on” all the time

Burnout was creeping in because I thought I had to do it all. Now I let my brand and systems do the heavy lifting.

5️⃣ The person you have to become is harder to build than the business itself.

6️⃣ Your prices tell people how to treat you before you ever get on a call.

7️⃣ Nobody prepares you for the mental weight of slow seasons.

8️⃣ The loneliness of building something nobody around you understands is real.

9️⃣ Clarity about who you're for is more valuable than any marketing strategy.

🔟 Rest is not a reward for finishing. It's part of the strategy.

Day 3 of the challenge is easy: use your one-liner from yesterday in your bio.

That one sentence is already doing the heavy lifting — it tells people what you do and who you’re for.

Because even if someone loves your work… if they don’t know what to do next, they hesitate, scroll, or DM “how much?”
