School Placement Forms (SPFs) are now ready for all awarded students! Log into the OSP Portal, Complete the SPF and submit it to the OSP School where your child has been accepted by June 22nd!

We want to remind you that School Placement Forms are now available via the OSP Portal or In Office visit.

The SPF Deadline to submit to the OSP School your child has been accepted is Monday, June 22, 2026.

The SOC Office will be closed on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 1pm and Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of the holiday. We will resume our regular office schedule at 9:00 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

The OSP Parent portal is now open for School Placement Form retrieval. Log in Today | https://osp.my.salesforce-sites.com (link in bio).

You must complete and submit an SPF for each student/s to the school your student/s has been accepted to by Monday, June 22, 2026.
