National Consumers League

Congratulations, Georgia! 🎉
The third annual Junior Varsity National LifeSmarts Championship was held May 6–7 with 17 state champion teams from across the country competing virtually. The Junior Varsity division features students in grades 6–8.

After exciting semifinal matches, teams from Georgia and Nebraska advanced to the championship finals. In a close, hard-fought match, Georgia’s Cobb County 4-H Junior Varsity team captured the 2026 Junior Varsity National LifeSmarts Championship title! 🏆

Nebraska earned second place, while Missouri and Colorado tied for third.

LifeSmarts is the national consumer education and scholarship program of the National Consumers League, helping students build knowledge in personal finance, consumer rights, health & safety, technology, and the environment through quiz bowl-style competition.
