As we close out Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re creating space for reflection, restoration, and deeper support ✨
Introducing Grounded Wellness Office Hours, a free 15 minute consultation experience designed to meet you wherever you are in your wellness journey.
Whether you are curious about beginning a new practice or looking to deepen your existing one, these office hours are here to help you explore what feels aligned across yoga, sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, and Pilates.
This Saturday, 5/30 from 2pm-4pm, we’ll be joined by SOUL, our resident sound practitioner, who will be sharing insight on the benefits of sound healing and breathwork, and how these practices can support rest, release, nervous system care, and emotional grounding.
Each consultation this weekend includes a complimentary 8oz tea, and every attendee will be eligible for special discounts on wellness studio classes, memberships, and class packs.
Sign up through the link in our bio. Drop ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis.
Come with your questions. Come with curiosity. Come ready to soften, reconnect, and elevate your routines at Grounded Wellness.

Save the Date!! We are planning an unforgettable gathering, A World of Difference, for November 8th and are so excited!
Keep your schedule open because you will NOT want to miss this event. A World of Difference is not a gala, it's better.
It's Upscale. Immersive. Unforgettable.
This year, we’ll gather at the incredible Atlas Performing Arts Center, a historic and deeply community-rooted space in the heart of DC. Originally built in 1938 as one of H Street’s iconic movie theaters, the Atlas has since been transformed into a thriving performing arts center dedicated to creativity, connection, and community. It’s a space built to celebrate storytelling, artistry, and humanity… which makes it the perfect home for this event.
Get ready to step inside the heartbeat of DCYOP. A night of music, joy, and unforgettable moments where students, alumni, families, and supporters come together to celebrate the mission and the magic behind it.
Unique and impactful sponsorship opportunities are open now! If you or your business would like to sponsor or provide in-kind donations, we would love to have you!

🌱 Resilience is less about bouncing back than it is about growing through.
Every young artist at Project Create carries something. But trauma is not the end of their story.
We've watched pain turn into power on our walls. A drawing that reimagines a memory.
And we take pride in helping each other achieve a sense of pride in their art to carry each student into a new chapter.
