Hi Everyone, I am pleased to announce that I will be teaching new Belly Dance classes geared toward teaching you how to embrace and love yourself through the beautiful, empowering, sensual movements of belly dance. Learn belly dance from the comfort of your own home with virtual classes. I am so excited to teach and I’m looking forward to the healing. I am setting up the virtual platform as we speak. Stay tuned for updates.

Yours in Dance,

Mona 😘💗💗

Lol my hand hit something, the iron is in the background, and I am still embracing my sudden moments of feeling unexpected awkwardness but these series of movements was just me having fun.

Belly Dance, a celebration of 💗 and and embracing everything that you are.
I’m teaching a class tomorrow, I’m honestly excited. I haven’t taught in a while, and I really do enjoy being able to teach. I’m still not where I want to be as a dancer and I was never expecting to dance or teach dance, but dancing has become a teacher for me. Dancing has helped me overcome fears and accept things as they are and help me through my anxiety. That is why I teach. Free expression without judgement is important.
