It’s been an honor representing Ward 5 on the State Board of Education. I’m proud of the work this body has advanced to improve student learning in DC. Thank you.

Happy to all DC teachers! I stopped by schools this morning to ensure our teachers had a great start to the day. Shoutout to Langley, Brookland Middle, Social Justice School and Stokes (not pictured) teachers. I’m doing drop-ins all week to show my appreciation.
