UCDC (University of California has a campus internship-based program in Washington, D.C.) is hiring four full-time staff members for Student Services/Residential Life. These brand new positions will help us to continue to grow our services for our students. We're looking for motivated, organized individuals who are excited about working with a very diverse of group of students.
We have three live-in Coordinators of Student Development positions and one live-in Assistant Director of Student Services position open.

2015 Workshops | NAFSA 10/22/2015

NAFSA: Association of International Educators is hosting their regional conference in Alexandra, VA, November 10 – 13.

If you are interested in learning more about working in the field of international education (including study abroad and work with international students and scholars), there will be a special pre-conference workshop (http://www.nafsa.org/Connect_and_Network/Engage_with_a_Community/NAFSA_Regions/Region_VIII/Conference/2015_Workshops/) for students who are new to the field.

This workshop is separate from the larger conference. You do not have to register for the larger conference to come to this workshop.

Date/Time: Wednesday, November 11, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Hilton Alexandria Mark Center (Alexandria, VA)
Fee: $50

Audience: This workshop is especially geared toward students in fields related to international education and/or professionals with less than one year in the field.

Description: The field of international education encompasses a wide variety of areas, organizations, and individuals. Join us for a half-day workshop that focuses on articulating personal and professional international experience, and identifying resources to help you increase your knowledge of international education. Hear from seasoned professionals in the field and add your voice to the discussion.
