Teaching Millennials and GenZers How to Become a Millionaire in 15 years or Less. "In 2012, I overdrew my debit account five times. I had $0 in retirement.

I stressed about how I would pay rent and other expenses so that i could have a social life. I was in too deep with credit card debt and the month interest was close to $100. I skipped paying student loans. My credit score was 540 and tumbling. In 2015, I never overdrafted. I slept easy on a memory foam bed. I have a better social life and travel more. I finished paying off my credit card debt. I

Victoria's Secret is quietly winning with a stock ticker rebrand, $VSXY. Looking like a very sexy stock this year indeed. Another Cava comeback, and Target is doing nicely post-boycott.

People and Brands are making money.

Another legendary day in the market. Setting up exit points for some stocks while we are still winning. With the Iran situation handled, we still have an inflation discussion, but it's largely moot since it's out of the government's control.

People need to reduce spending, but we are in the summer period, when people tend to spend more. We might be in for a steady run-up to July 4th, with a pause for inflation news stuff. I think we can kick back up positively in mid-September.

June 1-2%
July >1%
August +1%
September -2%
October -1%
November +2%
December >1%

The median U.S. household income in 1990 was $29,943. When adjusted for inflation, this figure is equivalent to approximately $75,000 in today's dollars.

By Region:
Northeast ($32,676),
West ($31,761),
Midwest ($29,897), and
the South ($26,942)

By Income Tiers:
The Working-Poor class was $23,081, while the Middle class was $68,856. With all that context established, earning $100k in 1990 would put you in the Affluent Upper Class.

You were hanging with Michael Jordan, Oprah, and Bill Clinton on weekends. People who keep using these 90s and 2000s stats lost the plot. And if in some way you were affluent when you were growing up to be dusty now, that's a failure on you and your parents.

A Texas couple was sentenced to 40 years each in federal prison for running a fraudulent pyramid scheme that defrauded over 10,000 individuals nationwide out of
more than $30 million during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Well, at least it's not Atlanta this time? Or New York? Or Miami? Either way, Covid fraudsters need to just come out clean now for a chance at a better sentence. Balling out for 2-3 years to see you when you are 70+ is wild.

How We Spent $1,000,000 in 6.5 Years: A Detailed Breakdown

Wow, we spent over $1 million. I'm just as shocked as you are. Most of my ideas come from spur-of-the-moment questions. Besides, it's not like we spend it all at once. The expense total (represented by our cash outflows) runs from January 1, 2019, through June 8, 2026. In a technical sense, the total gross expenses tally all the transactions that hit our accounts....

I know a lot of people going through life from 25 to 45 just like this. Pure financial crash out. They are going to be working until their bodies give out, give or take 62. I didn't say 72 on purpose cuz the millennial breakdown is going to hit hard.

Double lesson - 1. Take care of your finances, and 2. Take care of your body.

TBH, I'd take the deal at $5M and throw in Beyonce's entire catalog with the rest of Destiny's Child for free.

For the extra $5M, I'm dropping Kanye, Tupac, Biggie... Come to think of it... all North East rap. I can find better things to listen to for $10M.
