If irony and satire confuse you, then I can't help you. We are huge fans of Johnny Thunders and grew up listening to his music. This page is making fun of people who think addiction is cool or punk rock. (I can't believe I'm actually having to explain this). So don't threaten me with yer delicate sensibilities. Save your energies. Punk is so very dead and people getting so offended just proves that.
