In real-time situations, you will learn how your behavior impacts others, how to give and receive feedback in a way that creates connection. NTL Institute’s signature program develops the key areas of personal and leadership effectiveness: self-awareness, interpersonal skills and knowledge of group dynamics. Today’s Human Interaction program is based on the principles of emotional intelligence - the ability to identify emotions (in both yourself and others), to realize the powerful effects of those emotions, and to apply that information to guide behavior.

Virtual adjustments were necessary due to the pandemic and these unprecedented times. However, learning, receiving feedback, and cultivating real life connections is truly an incomparable experience.
